I can't recommend CCV enough, I've never had anything but great things to say about this company...great prices,free shipping, FAST shipping and bar none the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life ( from any company ) .
My vmax died, and I contacted Andrew he said "no problem,send it back" .. Well somehow ( we moved ) it got sent to our old address (1200 miles away lol ) so I hurried online and filled out a change of address ( it hasn't been delivered yet ) right after I informed Andrew , and by the time I got back on CCV to see his response, he had replied "sorry about that,packing you a new one up right now" and "hopefully someone will return the other one" .....simple as that...
absolutely blown away ....no hassle, no taking 3-4-5 days to respond, no blaming me, no back and forth trying to figure out the shipping mishap....just "sending you another right now" ....I just hope I can return the favor by returning the 2nd vmax...I figure there's 3 options, either it gets forwarded to me, returned to sender, or sits in our abandoned mailbox....hopefully it works out.
