You guys must have been lucky. Ordered jan 1st. Still have not gotten anything. Plus no response for my last 2 attempts to communicate with them via the web. Tomorrow I pick up the phone. To bad for me I guess. Heard all sorts of good things about them on the ECF. I have not had a good experience yet. Still waiting.......

I don't have a dog in this fight but this is posted on their site:

We are back, will continue the 10am to 5pm 6 days a week, this is insure same 24 hour shipping, When I hired help, just set me back further, actually there are still bout 30+orders outstanding that I'm unaware of I will make it right or more then happy to refund your money.Sorry for any inconvenience might have caused.

Thanks, I have been watching the site and have seen a few messages. Not really a fight... just kind of wondering. I have had a few responses thru the contact page Was told last week they would ship or refund. I told them to ship but no ship as of yet....no refund yet either. Just fell thru the cracks I guess. I will give em a call & maybe we can get things straightened out. Very willing to give em a chance.

My order fell through the cracks like that twice. Get in touch with them. Unfortunately, they decided it would be easier to refund than to fix and ship my order.

I am in the same boat vlee, I can't seem to get a straight answer, so I will be calling them tomorrow. I understand the difficulties they have been having, as my company (online based small business) had a mad weekend back in September with 2,000 orders that crashed our database. It was a killer week for us, but we managed to get 90% of our orders out that same week and make the rest right within the next the next three days. I am rooting for them, but at the same time it has been 13 days since I placed my order and even with contacting them via their website, my order is still on hold with no idea when they plan on getting it shipped out!

It is a horrible recording (I called today too) I did manage to hear that you are supposed to email Jeremy at support@crystalclearvapingdotcom, so I emailed him 5 hours ago, but no response so far.:glare:
Okay, today tried to call CCV but could hardly understand the message at the number, so left another pm on the site. I'll wait and see if they respond to this message and give you all an update.

Finally got a response after another PM from the web site. My order has shipped today! Also received a confirmation from USPS. Numerous problems from website/software issues, to hired help to keep up with orders, and government regulations being enforced. When it rain it pours I guess.
I am willing to give them a chance as long they keep me informed. Communication is key for me. So we will see in the future how this plays out.

Well, I am glad one of us is getting a response/product. Still nothing from Jeremy on my end. I agree, communication is key!
