During the Thanksgiving day holiday, CCV was one busy vendor. Placing my order about a week after the holiday, it took a little while for my order to ship. Perfectly understandable.

Then I had the misfortune of the post office crushing my package and sending it back to CCV with an unlegeable shipping address. I got a prompt update on the situation. They kindly offered to refund my money if I so desired, and if not, they'd promptly re-send, which they did.

I got my package today. To my surprise, I found not 1 but 2 free metal drip tips in my order. That's a $5.00 value.

Thank you CCV for caring about you're customers, and going the extra mile to take good care of us. :)
