been off anologs for over a week now using these overpriced mall rechargeables which i beleive are 808 units. They batteries are getting to where they only last me a couple hours n running low on cartos which been only lasting around half a day.

so im in dire need of a reel vape machine... made a purchase at crystalclearvaping for the epower and a dct tank and other goodies.

i recieved an email several days ago saying items should ship within 24 hrs, and ccv is in my state so was hoping to have my epower before the weekend but have received no shipping confirmation email after several days and no responses from them...

i then noticed there header on there website saying they are moving locations and that they are aware of alot of unfilled orders and say they will make things right or refund the money.

anyone have experience with ccv and know whats going on?
should i just be patient or ask for refund n order from another supplier?

I am really needing my order to ensure i stay off the analogs.... Im sure ccv is a great supplier but just dont want to be on backorder or wait for weeks for them to get re istablished.

anyone have any insight on there situation?

I've noticed repeated good remarks about vendors, and they will be around for a long time. Getting a bad name in the Vape world I think will mean sure death to any company, so if others have had good results, give him a chance to get caught up, not everything in life goes a s expected. As long as they reply to inquiries about order you should be good.

P.S. deezdrama. I love the E-Power with it's rationally-priced 1050mAh 14650 batts. I bought mine from Hoosier and recommend them for fine product and timely service but right now Hoosier is undergoing a website renovation. Madvapes sells the E-Power 14650. I've heard good things about them but they offer the E-Power 14650 in chrome (yuk). Stainless or black is a much better choice, IMHO.

Yeah im sure ccv is a great vender im just stressing cause im down to 2 of my 808 cartos.

I logged into my account on there site and the status is still "being processed" and i paid on the 5th,
I did open a comment explaining my situation a couple days ago aswell but have gotten no reply.

Im sure hes just really busy from the sounds of it,

but the irony is the day i ordered the epower from ccv i then went to madvapes and ordered one each of there shorty tank cones,some driptips, and some gorilla juice.....and they shipped the next day, so shoulda ordered my epower there too....

the reason i didnt is ccv is in my state and even though i paid sale tax figured id have it in a day or two.... now its looking like i wont have it till midweek of nextweek at the soonest :( uggghhhh dying to vape with a real pv :(

these crap mall 808 batts r down to only lasting me a couple hours before needing charged,

oh well, maybee the gorilla juice will show up today so i can refill these spent cartos i cleaned n boiled, I just hope i dont have to go to the local smokeshop and be forced to buy more tececig cartos or there $2 per ml china juice,

maybee ill just say f it n buy a provari now for my troubles .... haha ;)

Andrew is still having major issues, but he is a stand up guy. His help wasn't telling him my problems, but when I gave him a call he called me back 2 x's before I got home from work and had my order shipped out the next morning with a load of goodies for my troubles. I say give him a call (he will call you on a Saturday too) and if he can't get your order to you asap then apologize and cancel so you can get a replacement pronto to stay away from the analogs!

I went to ccv and checked on the status of my order "still processing" this order was made 5 daysago,and its been 2 days since i contacted them and opened a ticket asking about the delay, no reply, i left another response stating i understood the delays in moving your business location but someone should still be covering the customer service side of things.
and stated that i thought i would like to cancel and be refunded.

so....
that order was for an epower, but now im thinking along the lines of a bolt,or lavatube, hmmm

UPDATE********

Andrew contacted me, he has been away at new shop catching up on orders and didnt have internet there yet to reply to me, but has informed me that they are caught up and all orders not shipped yet will go out tomorrow, he is also throwing in an extra tank system for the delay, so andrew and ccv has made good on the situation.
I will continue to buy from them and he says now they will be open 24/7 and ship same day , so kudos to ccv
