Hi So I have a kayfun lite plus with a 1.5 ohm coil 28 g kanthal wire wrapped on a 5/64 drill bit cotten wick
I am using a Vaporshark Rdna 30 at 13 watts
I read on the kayfun website svo?? or what ever it is called that the kayfuns max wattage is 12 watts
I am just wondering with this type or similar build coil setup is it ok to try it a little higher ?
and what watts are others vaping this similar setup at?
thank you

Sweet spot on my KFL is between 10-20 watts, I'd say past 20 and you just wont have the airflow to keep up. 15w is my casual everyday mouth-to-lung vape.

To find the exact max wattage of your particular coil/wick/juice setup, just keep bumping up the wattage 2-3 watts at a time, untill the vape starts tasting a little funky. Just keep in mind to keep your draw consistent.

I'm using nearly the same setup and build as you except I'm using a DNA30 clone. 14-15 watts is about as far as I push it. Though I do usually run high VG juice.

Honestly if you wanna go higher than you can try. If you start getting dry hits then you know you went to far. I've heard of people using a higher wattage, but I can tell the kayfun is having trouble wicking with thick vg juice.
