custom china E-Liquid ?'s

Hi, have some ?'s about the custom china juice at mad vapes. ?'s are: does madvapes re-bottle it? what is the pg/vg ratio (is it different for each of the custom china juices)? is it 100% mixed by Hangsen and just re-bottled by madvapes (assuming it is re-bottled)? are there dates on the bottles and what do they represent?

If I'm not mistaken, MV gets bulk containers of e juice sans the nicotine and then mixes the "custom" strengths and sizes. It has the same ratios of PG/VG as its premixed counterparts. As far as the dates, I haven't a clue as I haven't been using imported juices for quite some time.
