Briefly describe your problem or issueI placed an order on March 4th, from this place. I received order confirmation, but after 5 full days no tracking. So I sent in the above ticket. Artemus responded saying it would be shipped out the following week. It is now the 24th, and I have not received shipping notice. I also sent another ticket in on the 20th, which hasn't been replied yet.
