Custom Tobacco Blends?

I tried to put in an order for a custom tobacco blend and was told that you aren't "allowed" to do it.... what? Why???

Maybe due to Annette's hospitalization? Did You see the announcement sticky....just guessing...they did training & dills in preparation but maybe it was outside their realm? Again....just guessing...

Red. was that from me? What tobacco blend were you asking for? (I'm not remembering the email, so I may need a reminder!) Annette has been training her long time friend and protege Olivia for a few months, side by side, and she's become quite adept at mixing custom blends, but may have some limitations. There may be a few custom mixes that will have to wait until Annette's return, but you're welcome to run any request by us and if Olivia feels confident she can produce the requested flavor, she'll be happy to mix it for you!

I don't know who the email was from, but it really disappointed me and didn't seem to make any sense. My boyfriend smokes Nat Sherman hint of mints... I wanted a Best Damned Tobacco with a smidge of Menthol Moon Drops and a smidge of Vanilla Mint. I got an email saying that it wasn't allowed and that they would just send me a sampler of MMD with it.

I'm going to try to concoct it myself with the Best Damned Tobacco, MMD and the buttercream mint that i have on hand.

What?!? We can definitely do that! Olivia should have no problems even without me (I'll talk her through it over the phone). Do let me know how you received that reply so I can make sure everyone on Team Virgin Vapor knows we can definitely customize tobacco flavors!

I am sorry we have not been able to process your order yet but we are waiting for the shipment of USB chargers to come in. I am sorry but we are not able to customize the tobacco flavors, but I can throw in a sample of the menthol moon drops or the vanilla mint!

OK, well, sorry about that, RedHen. That was a mistake. I've talked to everyone at work and made sure they know we DO customize our tobacco flavors. Let me know next time you place an order and I'll mix you up your custom tobacco--it sure sounds good!
