Ok...it's 10PM on a Monday.

I put in an order earlier with the hope that it would come before my long car trip later this week.

Settling in with my lovely chrome shorty this evening, I pulled the Cinnamon Roll from the sampler pack - and I LITERALLY drooled. OMG it's so good. Must...have...more.....

Crap. I've already ordered. Is it worth the shipping to make another order?

It's 10:30. Do I email them and try to add it to my existing order? I've already asked them to change something. hmmm...do I risk being even MORE of a pain in the- um...you know?

I go for it. Nothing ventured. Maybe if I send it tonight, they'll catch it in the morning.

10:33 - sent email asking if I could add something. Hoped someone might catch it in the morning, fully expecting to have to do a bunch of begging/apologizing/accepting-that-no-yummy-cinnamon-is-on-its-way tomorrow.

11:10 - received email with the following: "Added. You're all set!"

Seriously...could they GET any better? This is the best experience I've had with ANY business in a long time. They are prompt, polite, and sell a solid product - AND they work with customers to who are finicky (like me!).

Valerie is an angel...they need to give her a raise.

I just had to share this - 'cuz it blew me away.

No they seriously do rock. Almost 3 weeks into heavy use, one of my regular size auto batts started flaking out on me. I emailed and asked if it was still covered and it certainly was. Val asked if i was going to order soon, and i replied i just had stocked up. So she emailed back ultra fast and said she would have one out within a day! I didn't even need to return the bum battery(which is now just dead, down from sporadic on and off). 4 days later, a brand new EXTRA LONG battery arrived, and it kicks .... Lasts 2 hours longer than my regular auto! On top of the freebies with the orders, just wow. Good service. Keep it up!

Customer service at V4L totally ROCKS!

On my first order I had a couple of XL autos with issues. When I sent in my next order, I made a notation in the comments section and quickly received replacements. Only problem is, the replacements also had issues--LOL I called this afternoon and they told me that they were immediately sending me out replacements.

I have already shipped all 4 of the "issue" batteries back to them so they can get credit for them from manufacturer or whatever it is that they do. Hopefully, they can track down the problem quickly.

The response that I got, not only from Val via PMs, but also from the person I spoke with on the phone, was definitely top-notch--friendly and wishing to make my V4L experience a pleasant one.

I am very impressed with V4L--definitely leaders in customer service!

I'll throw in my two cents as well... yes, they are awesome. I got my starter Ultimate Ultimatum kit last Thursday, and the pass-through was defective. I emailed that night at 11:30 pm - and - got a response from Valerie in I swear, five minutes. Do they ever sleep? Got my new passthrough yesterday, awesomeness! V4L blows any other customer service out of the water.

Here is my opinion about V4L - The only person from that company that i ever talked to in 2 months - 9 orders later - Was Valerie !!- I think she should be the CEO because whenever i emailed - She always gets back to me personally - She made me a believer in Customer Service

Okay Mark did help me out really quick when Val was out sick.:D
