Ok...it's 10PM on a Monday.
I put in an order earlier with the hope that it would come before my long car trip later this week.
Settling in with my lovely chrome shorty this evening, I pulled the Cinnamon Roll from the sampler pack - and I LITERALLY drooled. OMG it's so good. Must...have...more.....
Crap. I've already ordered. Is it worth the shipping to make another order?
It's 10:30. Do I email them and try to add it to my existing order? I've already asked them to change something. hmmm...do I risk being even MORE of a pain in the- um...you know?
I go for it. Nothing ventured. Maybe if I send it tonight, they'll catch it in the morning.
10:33 - sent email asking if I could add something. Hoped someone might catch it in the morning, fully expecting to have to do a bunch of begging/apologizing/accepting-that-no-yummy-cinnamon-is-on-its-way tomorrow.
11:10 - received email with the following: "Added. You're all set!"

Seriously...could they GET any better? This is the best experience I've had with ANY business in a long time. They are prompt, polite, and sell a solid product - AND they work with customers to who are finicky (like me!).
Valerie is an angel...they need to give her a raise.
