I had an issue with a 30 ml bottle of juice I ordered from VV. It arrived less than full and juice leaking from the cap. It possibly was not handled well by the post office. I emailed Virgin Vapor and no questions asked they sent me another 30 ml bottle within 30 minutes of receiving my email. Mistakes happen, its nice to know that Virgin Vapor stands behind their service. Its definitely a company I will support in the future. Thanks VV
