I have to say Rob has a customer for life! Thank you Rob. Without going into it too much. i had a situation that was in no way Rob's fault. It was 100% the manufacturer's fault. Rob went well above and beyond to take care of the situation even though I told him he didn't need to worry about it. I figured that it wasn't his fault, and he shouldn't have to worry about it. He felt differently.
