Cutting Question

I have a ton of 24mg liquid that I would like to start cutting. I'm totally new to this DIY stuff and I'm not sure what I need. I also wondered, does cutting with a flavorless liquid dilute the taste?

Some people use VG, some use PG, some use the Wilton's gylcerin. Go to the eliquid recipe section and you'll get all the info you need. I'm not an expert yet. And yes it will dilute the flavors some.
