3: the sorting and categorization could be done a little better. For example the Alien Baby kit I mentioned earlier, could not be found under the "SMOK" manufacturer section of the website, I had to go look under "starter kits" in order to find it. If I hadn't looked harder, I might have thought you didn't even carry it, especially since the full-sized Alien 220 is listed in the "SMOK" brand area but not the Baby version.
