I'm sorry if there were problems like that for you in the past! We have been running at about 5 hours tops with our replies to tickets since we added our new contact system in March. I can't think of a time for a very very long time now that we have been past 12 hours in response time. We have added Elizabeth AKA Lizard since just around Christmas of last year and Angel just a few months later to our team so we are fully staffed and ready to assist
