Yep but they are over loaded in customers and for the last two years all they will say it that they are working on the problem.

I can see how they don't want to spend more money, not enough customers out in the country. We don't even have cable. The phone lines are 40 years old, but I don't use them anymore.
Small town and some of the lines are probably older than that.
They only replace them when one falls down!!!

I got this microwave/radio transmitter thingy. It holds up in weather pretty well, but I don't know anyone else around the country who has it.
maybe you should take an afternoon drive sometime and see if any one else near you had it.

Have you noticed the older (or in jag's case mileage) you get that you're just too tired to care about the same things.
Remember Rock Concerts and before Internet? I use to camp at the door for tickets. Now you could tell me Lady Antebellum is playing down the street, for free, and I would ask: "How far down the street?" and "Are the seats comfy?"
Then I'd say, "Let's just stay here and watch the Discovery Channel," and add, "C'mon, it's Shark Week."
