I believe you only need 1 (2?) witness for the institution of marriage, but you need 3 witness signatures to be entered into the 'other' institution...a more serious commitment?

I know how that is. I think I nodded off at 2AM. I have a case of the spins (vertigo) this morning. I am hoping it clears enough that I can walk without injuring the walls.

I am trying to make some minutes here and there Jan.... Life's got me a little busy right now, and, truth be told, I don't think I have ever been happier.
