I bust that $50 limit a lot, but I always go debit. I run the van down until the "get freaking gas" light comes on. Then its always less than 17 gallons to fill...... Unless I notice a sharp rise in prices coming... They I will gas up at halfway, or even earlier.

I go in shock when it gets close to $50. Although I don't think filling the car from empty would. If prices go up to any further though, it will.
