Ultroner Gather 22mm RDA/RDTA Rebuildable Dripping Tank Atomizer w/BF Pin 2ml

The RDA/RDTA comes disassembled with each part having it's own compartment and spares etc placed in a plastic tubular container.
Up top we have an Ultem 510 drip tip which fits to the flat top surface of the sleeve/top-cap. The Sleeve/top-cap is one piece for performance purposes but the Stabwood section is held in place by 2 notches and an o-ring so can be removed for cleaning purposes, made of Stainless steel with the mentioned gorgeous stabwood section towards the top gives the Gather quite a unique look. The sleeve has an airflow slot one side and some sort of writing (in signature form) the other in Silver. The colours of the stabwood section will be unique to each atty.

The deck comes pre-installed with a standard pin and to use the Gather as a standard RDA simply screw the base onto the 510 threading and the sleeve/top-cap get's used in the usual manner. To use as an RDA with BF pin simply unscrew the standard pin using the larger supplied hexagonal wrench and screw the BF pin in it's place.

If you want to use the Gather as a standard RDTA before screwing the base disc in place you need to screw the extension pipe onto the 510 threading which gives you some length of pipe and then new 510 threading. Now place the Ultem tube in place and screw the base disc over the threading, o-rings both secures and seals the Ultem tube section.

Please read and respond to the 4 emails ive sent (by both direct email AND also via your website order contact page) regarding the order (20021623191164) i made on the 16th February, which i should have had a week ago, but for a courier here who DOESNT deliver. Ive given you and the courier a week to sort this out and neither of you seem inclined to. you sent one message giving me tracking info the courier didnt, and that was 5 days after i should have had the delivery. I have sent 4 emails to you since then, and all you have done is ignore them and then today repeat the same tracking info you did 3 days ago (5 days after the order should have been here). I have given you more than a fair chance to resolve this. If i do not hear form you in the next 6 hours, i will post the full details on this order, which will probably run to 2 posts or more, and i will keep reposting it every time you post new products here, every day, until you either send me an order via a proper EXPRESS courier who actually delivers what i've paid for to be delivered, or you return my money, because 8 days after the order should have been delivered by your chosen courier, i dont have it, and i also dont have the money, and when i dont have either that amounts to theft.

And no one steals from me

This is the VERY short version of what you can expect to see after any post you make, until this is resolved.

Just received an email from Olivia at 2fdeal basically saying they have no control over which courier is used once the package reaches my country. But also no offer to fix the situation either, rather i am advised to do this:

If you didn't receive this parcel, you could please claim it on PayPal. You will not lose money if you didn't receive it.

So no offer of another order to resolve it, no offer to refund my money to resolve it

So basically i have to dispute it via paypal

My recommendation that Australians think carefully about ordering via 2fdeal because their package might be handed to Fastway Couriers and then not delivered because theyre lazy, claim they have delivered packages but dont actually do so and then lie about this, and then finally a week or more later drop a blank "calling card" with no details about your package or where it is, and then expect you to do detective work and then travel to pick it up, will stand.

If i report a problem with a partner courier, even if you have no control over who they are, and ive already proven they havent even tried to deliver it, then im sorry, but thats more of a you problem to fix, than its a me problem to fix, when i pay you on your site for delivery, thats exactly what i expect, thats part of the order, its part of what i agree to when i click complete on an order and pay.

When i provide clear evidence no attempts were made to deliver, and that i contacted the courier and was told they wouldnt deliver, and i pass that along too, and suggest you either send a new order via a proper courier - which was my preferred resolution as i wanted that tank which i cant get anywhere else, OR refund my money, i would have done either of those two the first time i sent a message (both via email and your order contact page) Having to wait a week to get a advice to dispute it via paypal is unacceptable

As i said, ill be recommending that no Australian vaper order via 2fdeal until you can confirm Fastway will no longer be involved....

I reported a serious issue that reflected badly upon your company, which had otherwise done a good job, and rather than doing what i would have done and said thanks, let me try and resolve that from you (and possibly send a new order via a different courier to make a good impression), you chose to send one email which gave some tracking info i didnt get form that lazy mob at Fastway, but then ignore me for 4 other contacts and 3 days until now and then tell me to resolve it via dispute at paypal

Further update. another email from Olivia:

Is that pick-up address far away from you? Because one of our service did request our shipping agent to schedule another shipment, but still no feedback yet.

Even if we send another parcel, we can only use their service. That's why we propose you to claim it on PayPal for getting money back.

As i have pointed out to 2fdeal a few things about Fastway over the last week:

* They dont deliver

* They change the tracking to "Delivered", and then you go and bang on the building managers door to see if he has the package and despite being home all day every day, he hasnt heard a peep or a knock on the door, or had a call from the phone number on the front door specifically or deliveries in case he's somewhere else in the building

* 30 minutes or an hour later the tracking status is changed to "Delivered to a collection agent" (usually a mobile phone shop or newsagency or other small business, usually kilometres away from where you are), and a claim is made that they have delivered a "calling card" (a card containing the tracking number (local tracking number given to the package if coming from overseas and the location of the collection agent). So you wait until the end of the day for this to appear and it doesnt, because of course theyve made no such "calling card" drop

* 4 days later a neighbour who lives on the main road (and not on your one way street) comes down around the corner and hands a "calling card" to the building manager. When you look at it, you notice its blank., and so you have to call up and do detective work to find out all that info.

This has happened to me 100% of the orders meant to be delivered to me by Fastway.

As for this order....

When i called Fastway the 1st time on the 21st to see where my package was, because it had been flagged as "delivered" and then 30 minutes later, after myself and the building manager confirmed he didnt have it, "delivered to a collection agent", they took the overseas tracking number and the representative at Fastway had the details up in a few minutes, but told me when i asked for to be actually delivered, that "we wont deliver it, you'll have to come and pick it up"

I reported this to 2fdeal and told them that i had told Fastway to return it to 2fdeal at their expense as i wouldnt/couldnt pick it up. Told them Fastway had refused to deliver it, as i had paid for, and of my experience of the same thing happening with 100% of experiences with them and what Fastway do. Suggested they send me a new order via a proper courier...still wanted the tank.

Olivias first email to me on the 25th, 4 days after the package should have been delivered, included the local tracking...first time i had the local tracking info, and basically told me i had to go and pick it up.

Meanwhile i got 2 emails from Fastway claiming they wanted to help, only the 1st one asked me to give them the local tracking number because the overseas one couldnt be tracked in their system?

I replied back that that it was funny that they day i first called, the day the claimed delivery happened (that then changed to "delivered to a collection agent", i had given them the only tracking info i had (the overseas tracking number) and the rep had pulled up the details in 10 seconds flat. So just more bs from Fastway.

Nevertheless i sent them the local tracking number supplied by Olivia in that same reply, asking "how is it that a lady in China has more info on the local tracking of my package than you do?"

Called out their bs

No response to that email...

All quiet from 2fdeal until today, despite 4 emails, in which i also specifically asked if they had any control over who did their deliveries once the package reached Australia. If they did, please consider changing their freight agreement to avoid using Fastway, and send me a new order via them, or if they had no choice, then my apologies and refund my money

Finally confirmed in the email from Olivia today that they have no choice of freight carriers when the package hits Australia and it will come via Fastway is they did send me a new order. So thats confirmed and sadly 2fdeal goes onto the list of vendors i wont buy from and will tell others to avoid.

When i select delivery options on a vendors website, and then get charged for that, i expect delivery.
I especially expect it when theres a person here to accept the deliveries every day as part of his duties.
Australia Post which has a less than great rating delivers to me all the time.

Delivery means it arrives at my location, not 2 or 5 kilometres away in a mobile phone shop. Delivery is paying for an item to be delivered to you because its convenient, and sometimes you want that because you have a physical or other issue that means you dont leave the house, which also means theres 2 of you home almost every day to accept a delivery.

Wish it had worked out, wanted that tank....first vape purchase in 2+ years, and it had to come via Fastway.....

So now i have to lodge a paypal dispute and may not get my money back until March 19th, a month and 3 days after i ordered

I dont pay for delivery so i can then go and pick it up from miles away from where i live, its the opposite of delivery, and neither would you...i gave you every bit of proof they had lied about trying to deliver it, they never did it, (and ive told you they have claimed to deliver here before and 100% of the times previously, they never delivered a package), and told you they told me on the phone they would not deliver it. How is that MY fault? Why do you keep insisting its MY fault?

So youre trying to, again, completely skim over the fact that they NEVER tried to deliver it in the first place, and told me when i called them trying to find it that they would NOT deliver it....so any request for "another" delivery from you was also going to fail....

As for their claimed "service limitation" claim, which is more Fastway code for bull...., look up my address on google maps (Newtown, Sydney - you have my full address in my account), then compare that to Mascot, NSW (where the airport and customs are), you'll see that not only do i live in an inner city suburb of Sydney, a capital city (not the middle of the bush), but that the airport and customs are less than 5 kilometres away. So immediately any claim that there is some sort of service limitation is shot down in the time it takes google maps to load......

Thanks for reaching us here, as per checking with our service, our servicce informed you to pick it up from the address provided by local Fastway shipping company, due to service limitation to that address, they can't schedule another shippment even though we requested it for a few times or propose to pay extra shipping fee at our cost.

Its one of the central points in my complaint to you, in no less than 4 emails across 5 days - they didnt deliver the package and they didnt deliver the "pick up card". I told you i called them and they didnt give me the information, and you KNOW that you were (Or Olivia was) the first person to give me the local pickup information 4 days after that phone call when they failed to deliver it and told me point blank they wouldnt deliver it.

They also claimed, and i have proof that they claimed they couldnt track the YT tracking code (though on that 1st phone call the person i speak to could call that code up) and asked give ME to give THEM the local tracking info as THEY couldnt locate the parcel (of course they had it, they knew they had it - because of course they'd changed the tracking to say they'd delivered it, only they hadnt), i have this in emails between myself and 2FDeal

If you want to keep digging a hole for yourself, go ahead, ill gladly watch and help; you do it

All you had to do was sort out your freight partner, failing that, as i suggested many times, send me a new order via another carrier.

You chose to make things difficult, i tried to be diplomatic across several days, hence why i kept suggesting ways to resolve it, and gave you 8 more days than id give anyone else as you werent directly responsible, but you are still responsible, from the moment you took my money......

And heres the bottom line, i have aspergers and social anxiety disorder, i do not leave the house all that often, hence why i order stuff in and am fanatical about delivery, which i PAY for. I go out to buy food every two weeks if im well enough, and once a month to have coffee with a couple of friends, or once month to volunteer in a nursing home or to fix something if a friend needs it. Other than that i stay at home. Thats why i order things and expect them to be delivered.....the fact that ive had to share this level of personal info should be your wake up call that maybe theres a reason why i alerted you to the issue, i KNOW that freight company, i KNOW they fail to DELIVER, and why i also suggested you try and resolve it by sending a new order via a different freight company.
