Matthew 5:6 (KJV)
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth. And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against me.

Notice the words 'I will,' meaning it hadn't happened yet. He is talking about Jesus coming to earth, and even past that time, to be even now.....us. That is another Promise of God in the long line of promises. It's as plain as the nose on your face. Thank You, Father. Hallelujah! Rejoice....Praise His Name! That is a promise you can take to the bank!

    Galatians 6:2 (KJV)
Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

John 4:23-24 is written in the present tense and even future tense. 'But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship.....' also, 'God is a Spirit....' No wonder Scriptures are called the 'living Word of God.' These words teach present and future tense. Here it is over 2000 years later, and these words are still talking in present and future tense. WOW! What a blessing!!:)

If that got you all excited then start at verse 2 and read on to verse 9 - in context and I think you will shout for joy. :)

God is telling what His about to do and why He's doing it, then He tells us what the results will be, yes Jesus is not talked about but He's there for sure. What a loving God, is it a warning or a conformation.

    Romans 16:17 (KJV)
Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

Thanks Bill, some times I forget this.

This one reminds me of something I said only yesterday "If they do on to you, SO WHAT."

It also brings to mind 1 Peter 3:9
"Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing."

    Daniel 12:2 (KJV)
And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

    1 John 3:8 (KJV)
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

    Mark 9:23 (KJV)
Jesus said unto him, "If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth."

This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Colossians 3:23-24 reminds me of what my pastor always said. "Don't like your boss? You work for Jesus! Everything you do, do it for Jesus and you'll have a better attitude." Now I know where the Scripture is to back it up! Of course, I'm sure he gave the Scripture, but I remembered the message, not the Scripture! :)
