So I got my menthol crystals and I was so excited that I just throw a few in some VG added a little nic, microwaved it for like 2 seconds placed it in a dropper and vaped away.

I am now sitting here a few hours latter realizing in my zeal to make my menthol e-liquid I measured nothing and I really really like the taste.

Well I guess I will have to pay more attention next time damn it.

Not alone one bit! I eyeball a lot of my stuff when I'm testing out a mixture. When I feel like I have a ballpark idea, then I refine it with the precision tools

The easyiest way to acurately repeat the strength you like everytime is to make 10ml of concentrated menthol liquid.
To do this take 6.5ml of finly crushed menthol crystals and put it in a 10ml bottle. Then add 3.5ml of everclear or 100%+ alchohol (if you use 40% alcohol/vodka or water the crystals will reform). Shake to mix and let set overnight or nuke for 5 seconds then shake some more. You now have a measurable way to add menthol to you ejuice. Start with 1 drop per ml and add or subtract to taste. Once yo find the level you like you can reapeat it.

To crush the menthol crystal "safely" Put them in a ziplock bag, then put that in a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin or similar item to crush them. Then spoon out and use a paper cone to funnel them into the bottle.

Thanks Scubabatdan I will have to try that because I tried to repeat the prossese today and it tasted like I was trying to vape Vick's vaper rub LOL! going to have to get more VG! WOW! Talk about a kick.
