On Jan 1st I opened a pack of cigs and smoked those over the course of 8 days. Huge improvement over my usual PAD habit and I believe I could have skipped that final pack but felt compelled to smoke them since the pack was open. There are two packs sitting alone in a corner of my freezer. I glare at them from time to time but have NO desire to break them out.

Today I placed orders with 4 different vendors. Damn this forum! You're all leading me down the path of trying some of everything! LOL

Congrats!

I feel your pain. I'm less then two months into vaping myself. This forum has caused me to go from a simple ego style setup to getting vape mail 4 days a week. In the last week alone I have accumulated 3 pretty decent average price mods, like 300ml of juice, and supplies to rebuild my coils.

Good thing is though, I'm still in the same budget I was spending on analogs. Now if I can stay away from here for a bit I should be set for a month or two. Lol.

Yep, same here... Promised that I wouldn't go beyond the 2 EVOD's and juice but now i'm thinking something customized in short order  Bought a protank 2 today, that's the start. Figure this vaping is going to start costing more than smoking ever did.

I have 2 open packs of smokes laying around, one is on the passenger seat, the other is on the kitchen counter. No urge to light one up.

That's quite an improvement! :) I dropped from 2+pad to about 6 cigs a day and then on the last day I had 3 left that morning. I had them with coffee and decided I wasn't going to buy any more. And the rest, as they say, is history.:D Never thought it would be so easy or so expensive. But that's my fault, when I dropped the analogs I decided to DIY juice too, so had to make an investment.

But I feel great, physically and mentally and wouldn't change a thing! I'm so glad to be able to call myself a nonsmoker!

Placed 2 orders myself yesterday and the bad thing about it? I don't NEED anything.:lol:

If you can get a miniprotank or just the base of the miniprotank, it can fit on your protank; you might just need to add a second silicone cap to seal the head from the center tube;

then you get the solidness and aircontrol of your evod but now with a protank

I was going for the mini, but they were fresh out and the incoming stock is stuck in customs. Interesting idea tho.

What started as a starter eGo kit and a bottle of menthol tobacco flavored nicotine juice has turned into 5 batteries, 12 atomizers, 3 carry cases, 2 chargers, a lanyard , 6 bottles of juice with 2 more in the mail and a planned trip to a hobby shop tomorrow to pick up supplies for custom painting of my batteries and tips.
Tomorrow will be day 7 that I've been vaping.
Still have 1 1/4 of 2 packs left as of last Friday night. I'm only about $120 in the hole after that carton I didn't buy this week. If I don't buy anything else I'll be in the black in about a month .
Thanks to this forum I'm in the red at the moment but will be better off soon both physically and financially.
Thank you to the members here.

Lol I'm in the same boat as all of you. I'm less than a month into vaping. I have a Vision Spinner VV ego style (1300mAh), 5 Evod tanks, a Protank 3, 2 Protank Mini 2s, a Vamo V5 VV/VW mod, 3 18650 batteries, 2 chargers, and at last count, 15 bottles of juice (15ml-30ml) with 5 more coming tomorrow. I think I've spent about 250-300$, and as you can see from my signature, I haven't broke even yet.

My wife is becomming furious lol. I started vaping by telling her "Think of all the money we'll save by not buying cigarettes!". Yeah, that went over real well lol.

I think I'm going to chill for now though. At least until we break even. I've alotted myself 50$ a month for juice, but since I found Mt Baker with wholesale bottles (16oz for 41$), I don't think I'll be needing 50$ a month. 16oz (475ml) should last me like 3-5 months lmao. Figure that will let me buy more tanks or another mod if I don't use that budget.

There's always birthdays, yours, Abe's, King's, George's, etc, and anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Fourth of July, Summer Equinox, for getting gifts either from someone or yourself. I DO NOT count gifts in my vaping expenses. :D

sir you have a disease. A disease that you just passed on to me lol... thnx :toast:
