just bought some oil based loranns flavoring for some diy juice mixing and i have been told that the oil based flavors are not atty friendly. i have mixed a few flavors using everclear to break down the oil and to my surprise the flavors are much stronger than the PG based ones. my question is, other than reduced atty life are there any other dangers or side effects of using a oil based flavor?

Yes- I was wondering the same thing! I have bought alot of different Lorann's flavorings- they're sold in just about all pharmacies. I add them to some of my pre-mixed juice just to try something different. One of them, and also my favorite, is Cinnamon oil. That's the only flavoring that has oil of the ones that I bought. I only add about 1-2 tiny drops to a 6ml bottle of the pre-mixed

If I stop logging on in a week you should probably avoid them then.

lol ill be watching :p If its just cause they dont mix well (which i have noticed) i have found that if you mix it with PGA before mixing it into your nic solution it dont separate nearly as fast. i was mainly worried about my attys poping and not so much about health risk.

Yeah that seems to be the main problem from things I've read so far, not a problem I use a little bit of vodka in my DIY juices. Seemed like it took to the mixing ok when I put up in my closet. I'll see how it looks in a few days. Not going to drip it, it'll go in a carto if I ruin a $1.50 carto no big deal.
