I ordered a starter kit from darthvapers.com and was extremely excited about trying out my first PV. I bought an Ego-W and after looking into it I became wary as a lot of clones seemed to break easily.
I never complained to them and was going to keep the product regardless if it was good or bad, but I did post a thread about the quality of ego-ws. Shortly after I got an email from darthvapers and they reassured me that it was high quality added a cartomizer & atomizer to my product just incase I didn't like it. I also seemed to have trouble using it initially (I'm new to this, so I don't know how to prep it) and was given a call telling me how to fix it and why it was happening.
Turns out the ego-w was built a lot better than the ones people were complaining about, and my PV is working great. Thanks again darthvapers, your customer service was awesome and will definitely buy from you again.
