All I can say is I am soooo happy I found your store. I have been vaping for 3 weeks and felt lost in this new “e-cig” world.

The flavors that came with my kit were OK, but never made me think I would give up on the analogs. So I started searching for something better. The first order was from “the cig” site (not their real name but you can guess). Their Marlboro was better and their menthol was ok, but still did not spin my wheels.

Looking on this forum, I found the place that sold the great “56”. Everyone said this was the best stuff. So my next order was for this. The first time I used it was in the car with my wife (she is also using e-cigs now). She looked at me and said “what the heck is that smell”. I told her it was the new “56”. She said it smelled like swamp water. I told her that it had a good taste and TH. She said “I do not care, it is stinking up my BMW” I had to agree with her it did have a VERY strong odor.

So what was I to do now….. I did not want to give up on the e-cigs but it was just not working for us.

Back to the e-cigarette forum I go and I find Dawn’s site. I tried to call the store but there was no answer. So I thought tomorrow I will look for another “juice” site.

A couple of hours later I get a call from DIY and the gentleman on the phone says that he noticed that I had called and was just wondering if he could help. I was taken aback because I was surprised that he took the time to check his caller ID because they were out of the office and to call me back.

I started to talk to George and told him all the problems I was having with Taste, Vapor, TH, and Smell…… I could hear Dawn in the back ground helping him answer my questions. After about 5 minutes Dawn took over the phone. We talked for almost a hour.
Now let me tell you this… I was a support person for a very big computer company for over 30 years ( can you guess from my screen name).

Dawn not only took the time to figure out my problem, but also took the time to “educate” me about how e-cig flavors work.

The next day I ordered her 6 pack of samples….. A BIG $30 order…lol. I spent that much on the swamp water that I will never use again.

I was like a kid waiting for Christmas waiting for my order to come in. I was just hoping that it would not be a sock full of coal this time.

I was blown away when the order came in. Because Dawn took the time to REALLY know what I was looking for she threw in some “freebies” She gave me some VG, PG, VG/PG. some ethyl malto, 48mg VG and PG, a few other flavors, and a bag of tools. Believe me, this was WAY more then the order or shipping cost me.

Using the info that Dawn gave me on the phone, I now have the nicotine levels, flavors, and the education that will get me off of analogs (been smoking for over 40 years). This juice is great.

Dawn, because you took the time to educate me and give me a “few freebies”, you now have a customer for life. I will never have to go to another vendor again.

Thanks so much for the outstanding customer service and the time you took to explain everything to me. It was above and beyond what is typically found these days.

Received my "prize" kit today also and I am totally amazed! I can not even believe that since it was already a prize that there were still freebies...NEVER did I even begin to expect that there would be anything above and beyond what the prize itself was..(it was already a great "steal" by itself) Dawn and diyflavorshack.com, like the OP pretty much said....care about the customers. I can NOT wait to try some of these awesome flavors and with such an AMAZING Diy kit, it should make my DIY that much more pleasant! Thanks again!!!!
