I just wanted to throw my hat in the ring as another super satisfied customer of Dawn and George at diyflavorshack.com
I've ordered a few times from them, mostly DIY stuff (flavorings, odds and ends) you know, the tiny, time consuming little bottles, and one-offs of stuff that probably are the bane of her day to pack-up, and ship off.
Shipping has always been super fast. I have received my orders in 3-4 business days, and email communications has been top notch.
In my first order, a single item was missing, and within a couple hours of emailing dawn about it, I received a phone call directly, and the replacement item the next day.
Also, with each order so far, Dawn throws in a sample of freebies, some very tasty juices in there I never would have thought about buying!
As far as quality, all the flavorings I've ordered from her (I think almost 2 dozen now) all smell wonderful, and the ones I've tried so far have tasted awesome. The 60mg Unflavored Nic I received is crystal clear, well labled, and when cut with straight VG had no flavor other than VG and throat hit.
I know theres a lot of vendors out there, and I've tried a few so far... all the ECF registered vendors I've tried have been great, but Dawn at diyflavorshack.com is on my shortlist, every time. Just over the top service, and has my total confidence.
