Dawn goes above and beyond

Im somewhat of a newbie at this stuff, but, when I quit smoking and started vaping, I took it on like I do everything else in this life...Full Force and Head on. So, after vaping for several weeks, and researching everything that I could possibly find on the subject. I started ordering juices and such online, and of course once I had quit smoking, I had money that wasnt there before! So, needless to say, I went alil' over board with the spending at first, and now have a drawer full of juices that were epic failures. Long story short, Two months and quite abit of money later, I have narrowed my selections down to what I have found to be true quality products and really good people that sell them. Dawn has proven herself to be at the top of that list, several times over actually. But, about two weeks ago, this point was really put to it's test. When I ordered some juice that I thought would be just awesome. But, once I got it, I found that it was just about painful to vape? This just really puzzled me?? It was a flavor that I had tried and LOVED so, for it to be causing me such pain to vape it, I was really perplexed. so, I emailed Dawn and told her what
all was going on with my last order, and asked her if maybe there was something I was doing or if she had any suggestions for me? Now, I need to state that, in my original email to her, I did not in any way ask her for a refund or my money or anything back, I was simply asking if she might have a suggestion for me, at best? And, to my surprise, she did email me back, that same day in fact.
And not only did she offer me an explanation and solution to my problem, she said she was going
to send me another bottle of unflavored juice, half full, so that when I got it, I could pour the bottle I already had INTO the new bottle, and according to her, that would not only fix my problem but would also tone the nic down. (which I was also wanting to do) :thumbs:
And, so, following all of her instructions, I done just so, and ...TAA DAA!!!
not only did it fix my problem, but, I now had DOUBLE the size bottle of my favorite juice!!!
and, let me remind you, she done this on her own time and dime! I was totally blown away!
Dawn is not only a great supplier, she ALWAYS sends these awesome samples of stuff with your orders!!! So, each time you order, it's like christmas morning...opening up your package, wondering what's inside!!! YAY! :w00t: So, that's my two cents folks :2c: thx for your time!
