After reading some of the other post I figured I would share my own story. I was a 1 to 1 and half pad smoker for 16 years. I had tried everythingI to quit including chantix (very bad dreams while i was on that stuff). I really wasn't ready to give up smoking I still enjoyed it. While out driving one day though I saw a vape store and decided to go in. The guys in the store were really helpful and showed me several differnt devices. I ended up buying a couple of ego twist batteries and a carto tank. I hung out and vaped for about 30 mins in the store learning how to fill my tank and install new cartos. Before I even left the store I had decided I had found the thing that let me put down the analogs for good. Like the title says that was 12 days ago and I've only had one analog since then it was on day 4 late at night and I just had to see if I was actually done I ended up taking 2 drags before I put it out in shock at how bad it tasted. Not really sure now thinking about it if I should call this day 12 or day 8 lol but either way I fill much better about myself.

You are on your way. The world of vaping is huge and excellent. Enjoy all the new toys...you will have plenty of money to spend on them from not smoking the ick-nasty cigz!!
Congrats and I hope you are now somewhere around 60 days of your new life. In case you feel like slipping, come back to this section of the forum every once in a while and read all the fantastic stories from fellow vapers to keep you on track.
