K, so I'm onto day 2 now, no analogues what so ever. Yay me! No desire either, thats a great thing. As stated yesterday, I am still taking my smoke breaks as before and still hanging in the smoking area, just hauling on my e-cig instead of an analogue and I don't even care about the analogues burning around me, really its not different for me, a hit is a hit is a hit no matter how I'm getting it as long as its being inhaled.

What I'm experiencing: 24 mg is WAY TOO MUCH NIC for me, WAY TOO MUCH. I feel like SH**! Dizzy, headachey and nausious. I have attributed this to too much nic as I switched to my 0 nic cart this morn and all my symptoms went away until I switched back to my 24 mg this aft. Now, Sh*** feeling once again. I am getting my 18's today (crossing fingers) so hopefully that will be just right and I will start to feel better.

However, I will honestly take the nausia, dizzyness and headaches over tobacco any day of the week. The symptoms surely will subside. Surely.

A technique that has worked for me is to vape lower strength most of the time, but keep some stronger stuff around for when the "Cravings" hit. I need a lot more NIC in the morning with my coffee to feel satisfied than I do most of the rest of the day. Good luck and congratulations on your first couple of days. Every Journey begins with the first few steps. In time your body will let you know what nicotine level is right for you. I have been off the stinkies since Thanksgiving and I feel great. And my wife "loves" that I don't reek of smoke and stale tobacco.

Paula, some of those symptoms may not be all "nicotine" related.
There are hundreds of chemicals that you are "no longer" ingesting by quitting analogs.
Your body/brain has built up some dependence on those, so completely abstaining from analogs, and getting nicotine through vaping, is only subbing the NIC, not the rest of the drugs/chemicals Big Tobacco loads up into their analogs.

Try drinking lots of fluids over the next few days to flush your system...

oh no worries on the water intake LOL. I have a HUGE jug (the walmart kind) at my desk at work, holds a straight 8 a day, yesterday I was SOOOO THIRSTY I filled it up and drank it all! 3 times! LOL
