Day 21 smoke free!

Hi friends I just had to share with you! I don't know if it's my new tank, new pv, or I've just finally got over my vapors tongue but WOW! I can finally really taste my juice! I mean REALLY! For the last 3 weeks I semi tasted it and would go through periods of just tasting drying warm steam. Times I would get a small hint of flavor but very faintly. I was using my multi volt kamry X6 with a plastic CE4 type clearomizer. I went ahead and bought a vivi nova and it was nice but same thing with flavor. I was reading on the forum to always get a back up battery so I ordered a ego twist 1000mah. Well, yesterday it came in. I was going to put it away for back up but I decided to try it. I put the vivi nova on it, dialed it in to about 4.0 and something weird happened! I tasted my juice! I mean REALLY tasted it! It's heavenly! I'm like "thank you God!" Now I don't know if it was just a fluke or the ego twist or what but it was amazing! I just pray it stays this way because it's such a huge difference! I think what finally happened was my vapors tongue went away! Either that or that little ego made a huge difference!! So I'm on day 21 and finally enjoying my flavors! I've endured in butterscotch, pillow mint, watermelon, and now cherry! I'm loving it! I just hope it stays this way! Funny thing is hubby said when I fell asleep he tried the little ego and it made a huge difference for him, so much that this morning before work he ordered one for himself! Is it possible for a little ego twist to make that much difference or is it the ability to vary the voltage? My kamry was a variable voltage as well but I still couldn't taste the juices with it. At any rate, day 21 is going pretty great. Haven't had a urge for a smoke yet! I think I really did it! After 25 years of smoking 2 packs a day I was able to quit! I'm really loving the vaping even more now that the flavors came through strong. Just wanted to check in with you all and share my new tasting experience. You all are so wonderful! Thank you for supporting me! I sure hope my taste stays!

Don't give up! Next thing you know you will be smoke free for 4 years! Finding your juice is half the battle and the right gear the other half keep doing what you are doing!

Great work, realsis! You know I've been cheering you on. Now that you can actually "taste" the juice, it will only get better and easier.

I was such a heavy smoker for so many years, and I really couldn't taste much flavor at all at first. I remember for me it was getting some Cinnamon Roll from Mt. Baker Vapor and thinking, "Wow, this really tastes like cinnamon!"

I may not ever be able to detect the subtle nuances that lots of people talk about, but I'm so happy that I enjoy the flavors I have.
