so I am only on day 3 but I had no intention of being here. I was going to just slowly phase out the analogs but once I started to vape it was so easy I just stuck with it. I smoked my last as the mailman was walking up to my house and it's been sweet love ever since. I still have 6 left in the pack in my pocket and I find myself walking around with a lighter in my hand a lot, seems comfortable, same with having the pack in my pocket it just seems comfortable. but either way ive been clean for 3 days and 4 hr.

Good on you!

We're close to twins: this is day 3 for me as well.

Last night I went out to a party. Took 3 tanks filled with 3 different juices, a spare battery and atty. Happened to glance at my old equipment - pouch of Drum tobacco, Rizlas, filters. Thought "I don't need to take that with me". And I didn't! Keep your pack in your pocket if it works for you; this is such a weird (and great) process that I can't imagine it'll be exactly the same for anyone! :vapor:

When I first switched to e-cigarettes I wasn't totally committed. Somewhere in the back of my head I knew I would go back to cigarettes simply because I wanted to SMOKE. The first time, I tried to slowly "phase out" cigarettes. I smoked a cigarette every hour, I chewed nicorette gum, and I puffed on my e-cig inbetween cigarettes. I went through HELL on Earth with what I thought was nicotine "withdrawal." This time, I switched from cigarettes, strait to e-cigarettes, without even worrying about withdrawal. This time, I didn't have ANY "withdrawal symptoms." So, its my new understanding that the first time, I had actually been putting too much nicotine into my system. I was thinking that I needed to continue smoking sparringly, and I needed the gum, and I needed to vape. But rather than feeling good from getting all that nastiness out of my system, I felt horrible because I was overdosing on nicotine! This time, I am committed to staying smoke free and becoming a "SERIOUS" vaporer. My best advice to you, is... Just vape. Just vape man. Don't worry about cravings or anything like that because e-cigarettes really do work. New users really need to have faith with this new type of product because I have to say, it WORKS! And I promise you, whether or not you want to go back to smoking in the future, its far more worth while and worth your life to keep vaping instead. Your life is precious and cigarettes aren't, and really shouldnt be. They take your future self from you, and you don't deserve to lose your life, your worth the world. Your a human being and your life is full of meaning. I recommend you keep that pack of cigarettes in your pocket, but fill it with extra cartomizers and batteries. ;) Have a good one man. PM me if you have ANY questions, or if you are having trouble with cravings. I'm here for you. That goes for anyone!
