Day 4 and it's getting better all the time!

Good evening everyone,

I'm completing day 4 from tossing all the analog and going to vaping. To the experienced vapers here, you have a great deal of knowledge. For example, this morning the smell of stale cigarettes in the house was driving me nuts. I washed all the clothes, linens, and blankets to get the smell out... The smell of an analog now, even outside, makes me queasy.
I went to the local shop and bought the nautilus Mini II to go on my Spinner II. Wow what a super hit!!. I hated analog menthol in all forms but picked up a menthol cinnamon mix at 18 mg, This with the Mini II is sheer pleasure with the first morning coffee.

Why, oh why didn't I do this sooner??? :2cool::2cool::toast:

to ecf psychdoc. So glad you are here and a big congrats on your vaping. Isn't it wonderful? Look forward to reading about your continued success.

While you are experimenting with flavors, here is a site you may or may not know about but you can find some great deals. Before I started making my own, I checked it all the time. I figured if you were going to try something, it might as well be a good deal.

Good luck to you and happy vaping.

I wish I could get rid of the stink of the old ash tray smell. We even moved houses after 10 years in the same house with two of us smoking anywhere from 2 to 5 packs a day in the house (combined amongst the two of us), and now we're in the new house and I sit on the leather sofa and it stinks of cigarettes. I finally unpacked one of my suitcases that I packed up at the last house and had to throw everything in the washer again as even though it was all washed before leaving the last house, it still stunk like stale smoke.

I have to admit, it's been something like 8 months since quitting now but I still absolutely love the smell of a cigarette that's just been lit, but I absolutely hate the smell of stale cigarettes that is still in almost everything we own. Hell, we had to wash all the DVD boxes that we own because they were so stinky, kind of sad really... We wash them in the sink and the water runs off all yellow. I truly feel for our last landlords after we moved out, not really sure what they'll have to go through to get all that nicotine off the walls after ten years of two people smoking in the house all the time. But I'm willing to bet that after they remodel the house they'll never rent to smokers again. They never asked us if we were smokers when we moved in and there was nothing in our lease about it, but I'll bet they put a provision in the next lease to prohibit it in the house.

What we do love the best however, is raising our hands to our noses and no longer smelling stinky cigarette smell anymore. And I personally love being able to wear the same tee shirt from when I put it on in the morning until I take it off at night. When I was smoking I used to change my clothes about 3 or more times a day to try to get away from the smell of stale cigarettes (worked from home so was not a problem to keep changing clothes)
