I'm sure someone has figured this out before me, so if I'm duplicating someone else I do apologize, but I see tons of folks here everyday trying to figure out how to fill a carto or having wicking problems with the tanks so here goes.

On first fill, put your carto on your PV. Now, take the top cap off of your tank and slide the tank on. With the top cap still off, fill about half way (don't go more than halfway). Now insert the top cap. This is going to effectively push your juice through the hole in the carto.

You will still have to prime the top of your carto off so make sure you saturate as best you can.

I know punching your own holes might alleviate this problem, but I don't want to bother with it. Those of you using the pre-punched ones, this will work very well. Don't go more than half way on the juice because it will force too much juice into the carto and could splash you or just make a huge mess.

I fill mine like it's a regular carto by dripping it in the top until it's saturated. Usually keep going until I get a little drop out of the bottom and it is slightly flooded. Gently blow it out the excess into a paper towel, then I fill the tank after the carto is saturated. Never get a burn carto that way.

I fill mine by putting the carto in the tank and leaving the top cap off. Put a drip tip in the carto and just draw without firing the battery. That feeds and fills it through the punched hole at the bottom. I just keep taking draws until the top of the filler is saturated then refill the tank and put the top cap on.

Takes a little longer doing it that way but makes sure the filer is completely saturated.
