Had to get an exchange, which required an extra purchase so they could send out my replacements.

OK...In case you haven't heard yet, V4L does NOT require you to make another order in order to get your exchange. If you do not wish to order anything in the very near future, they are happy to mail replacements to you. You only need to ask. :facepalm:

I had not heard that. It's good to know. The emails I exchanged very clearly told me that I would have to put my ticket number in the comments field on my next order to get my exchange. Perhaps I did not inquire fully enough, but what was told to me then is what led to my conclusion.

As I have said before, I have no issue with V4L, despite Adrenalynn's insistence otherwise. (My first post, which you clearly quoted, states that I had and issue with some batteries sold to my by V4. How you got out of that that my rant here is akin to blaming them for dead baby seals and ozone depletion, I cannot fathom) I ordered new batteries and now consider the issue moot.
