Anyone got one of these and know of a NON destructive way to get them apart? I am going at one of the two I have but was wondering if anyone had any tips?

Do you mean the "vegas" style (wrapped like a cohiba) one?
If so, I was going to post some pics on the other thread, just haven't got there yet, sorry.
Pry the charge hole/LED end off (easy). It will be attached with wires, just leave those on and pull it away a bit.
Then you see a blob of glue, it was pretty easy to pop loose. I was poking in there with a pen and popped the glue blob off, so with a screwdriver it should be even easier (lol)
once the glue blob is out, use something (again my only tool was a pen on this one) and push the entire assembly out the end. Nothing screws or clips together in there, all the segments from the battery to the atomizer are joined by soldered wires, so be somewhat careful pushing it out, so nothing falls and breaks loose.

I also disassembled the atomizer, it wasn't hard either. I pushed the coil a bit farther into the "pot" and put it all back together. Then it went from being a mediocre smoker to a smoke-stack, like my other DX cigar ;-)
Thanks Man - Got them Both apart and they both work fine now - Charge jack connection wire had came off both - Went for the Full Monty tear down anyway had to look around - Ya know! 
Plastic ring keeping atomizer bridge is glued in really tight on these. You can poke the coil between the bridge if you want. You can also flip the ring using a flat headed screwdriver but in general I don't really see why would you bother. Again if you are adventurous, from the other side, you can slide the metal can out. Next comes off the switch mechanism that is connected to the main part of the atomizer - atomizer will go on if you take it off. Under that there is a silicon "thing" with tiny magnet connected to it. You can carefully remove it also. At this point you will see the atomizer coil. Be sure to align the magnet properly when reassembling or the switch will not work. Doesn't really need glue or anything but the switch mechanism might come off when you slide the can out next time. And it is very likely you will need a soldering iron if you try to dismantle this thing. Those wires are cursed...

Doesn't look like we could get a much bigger battery in as I was hoping.
What do you think is the bigest that will fit.
Ps. When you say push the entire assembly out the end. Did you mean from atomizer end towards the LED end.

It all comes out the LED end.
You could get a little longer battery in there, probably 15mm to spare, but I don't know where you'd get one. It's a pretty big one as is, AA size lithium
