They're both PG based, but there is a difference.
Decadent Vapor liquid is available in two forms - small 10ml bottles of concentrate, and larger bottles of pre-mixed juice.
With the concentrate you just need to add a few drops to flavour your existing juice. So you can make a bottle of concentrate stretch a long way if you mix your own juice.

funny, the flavour seems rather weak to me. i got habana reserve and roasted nuts and i've been vaping them like 3-4 drops of flavour mixed with 1-2 drops of 18mg menthol juice.

yes i agree but it seems that as a matter of fact they are interchangeable with any 0mg "readymade" juice...
