decent 4.3volt charger

Did some searching but was not able to come to a satisfying result.
What good but somewhat affordable charger would you advice for 4.3 volt batteries. I have a stack of them and by now I'd like to use them to full capacity. My current charger cuts of at 4.2v.

Trust fire charger will do the trick if you leave your batteries in after the light turns green it will continue to trickle charge batteries till they hit 4.3V.
