IC99 is a new model smart charger at the amazon, it seems to be the upgraded version of BT-C3100.
This charger is a LiIon and NuMH charger that can analyze the votage and the resistance of battery. To compare with the BT-C3100, it increased the function of connect to computer.
Testing:
I just tested the cut-off voltage, the deviation value is basically less than 0.005v. There is the battery capacity testing for the Ni-MH: (2400 maH nominal capacity)
The battery capacity testing for the Li-ion: (3200 maH nominal capacity)
Overall
This charger is selling $42US from amazon, the price of this charger that is little bit higher than another simple charger. But it has many useful function. Charge, discharge, refresh, charge test as such like. If you can afford about $42US, I recommend you that to get it.
