Ok to start off I ordered a DIY kit and made some juices. Flavor was fine, but 0 throat hit, even when mixed to 18mg. Got some advice suggesting the nic juice might be the culprit, so I ordered a small bottle from Box Elder. It's been a week and I haven't even gotten a shipping notice. Apparently they can take a while to send things out at times. I am kind of chomping at the bit to get some decent nic juice to see if that is my problem. Any recommendations for a good vendor for nic juice that ships in a reasonable time frame? I don't mind spending an extra couple of dollars for good product and good service.

My kit with the original nic was from one stop diy shop. My first batch was 50/50 pg/vg at 12mg. No throat hit. Mixed a batch of 100% PG at 18mg. No throat hit. I've got a VV device and took them all the way up to 6V. No throat hit. I've got 2 atmoziers I dripped directly on (one of them being brand new) and some ce2 deluxe's (fluxomizers) from gotvapes. Same result with everything I tried the juice in. Ill give GP a shot and see if the nic juice is the problem or if it's something else.

+1 for Xtremevaping. I asked the same question and got this from ScubaDan:

"I only buy my nic juice from XtremeVaping as it has no peppery taste to it even at 24. Of course I only order nic suspended in VG, this way if I have anyone that want only a VG blend I can mix it up VG only. Or I can use the VG nic to make a 80/20 PG/VG blend. I highley recommend XtremeVaping, Levy is a great guy to deal with.
Dan"

I had a tracking number within an hour of my order and got it in 2 days. Ahhh-mazing nic base without that strong peppery taste. On sale or not, when I need nic that's where I'm headed. Thanks Dan!!

I wouldn't expect throat hit from Good Prophets. It's what I'm using right now and I get very little, but part of that is using 100% VG. Some people mix some pure grain in with their juices to increase throat hit and thin the juice out a bit.

I just received my niquid from RTS today, it's good stuff. I have it mixed at 40/60 PG/VG and am getting a nice TH with it at 10mg/ml (I'm a light vaper :p), and it's smooth from the extra VG so I'm not getting a peppery feeling, just a nice TH (no more coughing every other drag!). The juices from Gourmet Vapor had that peppery TH, which I got used to (I had 12mg at an 80/20 PG/VG mix), but I couldn't vape it constantly because my throat would feel raw. GoodProphets (also 12mg, don't know the ratio PG/VG though) was similar in TH to this I think, but I can't stand that flavor so I haven't used it in awhile.

I ordered Sunday night from RTS, and I was a little surprised that they shipped it at midnight on Monday, lol. Guess they were working late that day!
