Box elder shipping

Just an update I got an email today saying it will ship by monday and he gave me the "10 days for a sale" line. so ya 10 days to process a 60ml bottle of 100mg nic. I think I am with Fray and will go RTS from now on. You would think if your gonna have a good sale you might just pre bottle a few to make it go smoothly....

That's actually a 10 day wait to process probably hundreds of orders, don't take it so personally. Whenever I buy my BE, I get it through Gourmet Vapor, who ALWAYS states longer shipping times during sales.

That being said, Box Elder seems to be accumulating complaints lately - I've read of people getting less-than-perfect nic lately, as well as customer support problems. I hate to hear it because I'm a fan of BE, but it's sounding like the company's slipping. Sad if true.

I just checked the tracking info that was sent to me on the 22nd...

delivery confirmation shows that it was on the delivery truck in my neighborhood at 9:28am and was actually delivered at 5:07pm yesterday...
nothing in my mailbox though, lol. Maybe it will reappear tonight?


ETA: regular mail doesnt get here until 6pm... went to check my box and the nic was in there at 1pm. wonder where it was for the past 12hrs or so??? oh well. Least the mailman could have done was put the rest of todays mail in there too.

Well I hope there are no issues of less than perfect nic because I ordered a 60ml bottle of 100mg Monday(29th) and got a shipping notice yesterday.

BE took 21 days total to get to my door during the last sale. It's just one of those companies that take for ever to ship.
On the other hand the nic has been excellent.

The nic isn't bad. Box elder definitely has competition though. I have not tried RTS vapes but hear their quality is good and have competitive prices to box elder.

Crystal clear vaping has a low price all the time (no sale needed). His nic is comperable with BE.

Nicvape has decent prices and good customer service but I have been let down with the taste of their nic once.

I am fine with waiting if I am told about it ahead of time. Gives me the ability to affect my own destiny. Now that I know the lead time will be that long I will definitely take it into consideration next time I need to buy nic.

What really makes me mad is people have ordered stuff after I did and already got a shipping notices. As fray said if I am told ahead of time I am fine with it but when it takes a us company 13-15 days to get me my nic thats bad. I just got 2 items from china that only took 14. I mean come on.

I ordered mine on the 23 and got it today (Saturday). It was shipped after I left them 4 voice mails that never got answered.
The nic came light yellow colored in a plastic bottle.
This was my second order. The first came clear in a glass bottle.
I might go with someone else next time.
