Decent price on Boge 3ohm cartos? Or a decent tank?

Been vaping for a while. I've tried a bunch of different things. I keep coming back to Boge 3ohm cartos. My local vape store doesn't stock them (and hasn't in a while, even though I ask whenever I go in.) and while I love the speed and service of Provape, $9 a five pack seems steep compared to other places. Anyone have a vendor that has a great price, shipping, and service?

Also, I've REALLY been wanting a good tank. I've tried several tanks, clearos, etc, and have found them all to be lacking. My latest purchase on that front was a Kanger T2, and it's not great. Right now I'm suffering with that and some LR cartos, but I'm not fond of them either. My preferred standard is my VV Mod at 4.7V with Boge 3ohm cartos. I can't find anywhere that has the IClear30, or the Kanger Pro, etc.

Also, in case it makes a difference, my current favorite liquid is Two Peas in a Pod "Thick Mints".

Help?

I made my own tanks for awhile from syringes, they worked find, but were ugly and hard to fill. Once I found the Artemus Tank from madvapes.com I am quite satisfied. Chrome Artemas Tube, Clear

I use smoktech single coil prepunched cartos at 3 Ohms and to help the juice flow I use a Dremel Tool to slot the bottom hole. These tanks are inexpensive, easy to fill and vape well with the Smoktech cartos. Remember to fill or flood the carto after filling the tank and start vaping at 3 Volts to break in the carto. Most of my juice I vape at 3.5 to 3.9 volts after the initial break in of the coil.
