Since you already have a velocity the other one I like is the plume veil... Unless you want to go the other direction and get a flavor rda like the magma.
I have a mutation x v4 that I love, great flavor and huge clouds! The philips screws are kind of a pain to work with but can be switched to the older allen/hex screws from the x v2. Once you change the screws I would give it a 9/10 just because the well could be a little larger but as I said I love mine.

Welcome to ECF, For me the fav's are dark horse, derringer, and i have to say the royal hunter is making its way up my fav list, the dark horse a great all around rda, tons of airflow options and you can either use the chuff or your fav 510 driptip, the derringer (with a pair of claptons) for my taste the flavor is just incredible, the royal hunter another good all around rda, it has a honey comb tip to reduce/stop spitting, airflow is a little restricted from the darkhorse due to the honey comb tip, but still a very nice vape, and for an authentic the price is realy good. hope that helps a little, Happy Vaping!

My favorites are Vulcan Vector has a deep well, air flow is on top no leaks, easy to build. The other is my Tugboat V1 with a slam top.

+1 to the Velocity RDA. Easy as hell to build and the notch that locks the cap to prevent it from spinning when unscrewing it off ur mod is a great design!
The 13 heaven's 9 hell's is just like the twisted messes rda, but with a different design on it, slightly bigger air and also post holes. I'd recommend one!
