Decided on a Joye510: Suggestions, Opinions, Thoughts, etc. wanted

So I decided to get a Joye510. Made a bit of a boo boo and was going to go with Blu, but after some research, settled on Joye 510

I could use any suggestions, opinions, thoughts, etc.

I am a pretty new vaper, and somewhat ignorant when it comes to the c-cig world. Thanks

Also, can I use any 510 cartomizer with the Joye510?

yea you can use your 510 cartomizer on a Joye 510 no problem, my only suggestion is get a pcc or a couple of batts if your out most of the time.

I have and use both. but I take the joye 510 out and about with me. actually I take 3 since I chain vape. the ego is more cigar sized and I still prefer the cig size. carrying 3 around with me solves the short battery life. but I do have 6 batteries - I charge 3 while using the other 3. but other than size, I like the ego fine.

cags ~ that is my only concern, I don't know what to compare the size of an eGo to... I like the cig size of my vEppo510. BUT... since I already have a 510 model, perhaps getting the eGo is a good addition.

here are a couple of (bad) pictures...maybe they will help. the ego (actually it is a riva, but it's a clone of the ego) has a drip tip on it, so the pic is really of the diameter, not the length. the joye 510 is standing upside down because it won't stand on the led end

I think I'm gonna stick with the Joye510... I have had several people tell me to go with the eGo, but really I think with 2 batteries, and a pcc, I will be good.

so what's the difference between a Joye510 and a Joye510 Mega? I know the battery is bigger, but is the Mega compatable with any 510 carto also? Hmm...

Im a new vaper also, and 2 weeks ago i got a 510 tank kit.
All i can say is i regret it, the battery life is a pain in the ... IMO, if your a heavy smoker forget about the 510.
The regular 510 might be a different story but the tank, i don't recommend it, no flavor, no throat hit no vapor.

How short a battery life are you guys talking about? I use a 510 shorty (65mm) battery from vapornine and i carry it around with me all day at school and dont recharge till bed time and sometimes not even then. I smoke quite a bit too. My analog habit was 1/2 to 1 pack a day. I mean its certainly not powered like a fresh off the charger battery, but its still vaping well enough at the end of the day. Im just curious.

I don't think so.
What i mean is, if your quite a heavy smoker and plan to vape you may want to get something bigger like an Ego or a Riva,
and stay away of tank system .
Thats my 2 cents.

My 510 batteries last around 1 hour and a half.
I don't even think about going out with that.

I looked into eGo and Riva, but decided against them. I want a 510, either Joye510 or Joye510 mega (not sure of the difference between the two though, and if the Joye510 mega is compatable with all 510 stuff like cartos and attys and such?!)

Im pretty sure every 510 thingy are compatible together yes.

last question, a joye510 mega is A) the same as an XL? and B) NOT the same as an eGo.... right?

I only have a minute, I'll post more tomorrow. the mega is longer and has a longer battery life. otherwise it is the same as the regular joye 510. I think the xl is the same as the mega, the battery should be 280 or something like that to be a mega. yes, I love the pcc. but the mega one won't fit all brands of mega 510. joye pcc mega will work with joye mega batteries. I smoked 2+ pad cigs. I use the regular and mega 510s. I carry 3 (1 mega and 2 shorts) and they last all day. I consider myself a chain vapor. again, the mega is maybe an inch longer than the regular. more tomorrow!
