My wife and I are both looking to upgrade from the Tececig Revolution. I believe they are kr808's.
While the revolution does give us alot of vapor and a decent throat hit, the batteries constantly need recharged and tececig (mall vendor) is expensive. I would consider both of us medium to heavy vapors.
What we are looking for:
Bigger rips (more smoke, more th).
A good quality push-button manual battery that will last all day.
A cart/atomizer or cartomizer that holds enough liquid to last all day.
Drip tips to try different flavors without having to fill a cartridge.
Something we won't regret, still feeling the tececig buyer remorse.
Variable voltage is a plus but not a requirement. If we choose VV we want to experience it, so we would need atomizers with different resistances and multiple battery types.
What we have to spend: $135
We need two complete kits and we also want spares.
What we hope to get:
5 to 6 batteries (manual w/ 5 click on/off)
6 atomizers + 10 catridges/tanks OR 20 blank cartomizers
(We want to be set for 1-2 months, how long should these last us? Do we need more, could we get by with less?)
2 drip tips
(not sure how these work or if I need anything in addition to use them)
2 Chargers
5 10ml 36mg eliquid (to try different flavors)
*Would also consider enough DIY supplies to make at least 100ml and 5 flavors of 36mg
Options I am considering
KGO
ePower 14650
Roughstack Maxi V2
Lavatube
I would prefer to buy everything from one vendor, but would consider multiple vendors if the total is within budget.
If we choose the roughstack or lavatube, we could get only 1 this month and would share it (home use only). Our tececigs would be are on-the-go vape until we could afford another one.
I am open to opinions on what we should get. Are there better PV's within our budget that would meet our needs? Our main goal is long-term enjoyment and having spares. We would like to both get what we need this month, but are willing to share for a month if spending more is in our best interest. Sharing the roughstack at home for a month and vaping my revolution while I am out works for me. My wife is a little more apprehensive to that approach, but would go for it if others agree.
P.S. Tececigs green mint (kind of a mentholated double-mint gum taste) is what we are vaping now and we love it. We tried some spearmint from madvapes but it is almost flavorless. Perhaps it would be better on a different voltage or it was just a bad batch? The Kick ... Caramel tasted fine but is not our cup of tea. Anyone know of a good green mint/doublemint gum e-liquid that will leave me drooling? The wife is looking for a cinnamon that will knock her socks off.
Thanks for any help you can give!
