Ive ready the stickies and i've posted a thread once that fell dead. Since then I have seen many people being super happy about 510's. There is a few things about throat hits and vapor production. Many people state that the throat hit seems weaker on the 510 but the vapor production isn't bad. Or maybe I have it backwards. So far, what i've learned from this site is that reading too much information can lead to your brain going haywire!

So now I am looking for a trusted company for both shipping and e-liquid purchase. I am looking for a solid, reliable product that hopefully can be modded in the long run. I am looking for suggestions from people who have tried a few brands and stuck with one. Any info posted here will always be greatly appreciated!

i ordered a 901 from RMV...great supplier. quick service, fast shipping, and great price

i also ordered a 510 from strictlyj...

i used the 510 for about 3 weeks exclusively, then switched back to the 901. the 901 has better throat hit and flavor IMHO.

next week i'll probably be using the 510 again.

My advice...order both!

The first one I tried was a KR808D-1, this thing barely made any smoke, I used it until my lips and jaws got sore from trying to get vapor, I tried both batteries and all 5 of the cartridges, I just thought that was the way all of them were. I searched all day for what I thought was the best one and I ended up ordering a CT1 from thecoldturkey.com and it is great so far. It satisfies me ten times better than my KR808D-1. I would definitely not recommend the KR808D-1 to anyone. I paid way more for my KR than my CT1. I would suggest looking at the CT1 if you want a good one.

Noqturnal, I don't fit your bill of someone who tried a few and stuck with one, but I can tell you - as someone who debated a few - I finally bought the vk from v4l and i have no desire to try any others. The flavor options, liquids, etc. are all enough to keep me entertained for months. Also, I was worried about amount of vapor b/c one of the biggest things I got out of smoking was playing around with the smoke (french inhale, a few smoke rings, long exhale, etc.) and I get plenty of vapor for that, especially through the usb passthrough. As far as throat hit goes, I've shared my vapor king with some heavy duty smokin' family members and they all coughed, actually. Apparently you can get the vk from lots of places, but I couldn't imagine any better service than Vapor4Life.

Hey Noq,
Here is the deal. If you prefer an e-cig that will give you more vapor and a stronger throat hit, then get a 510.

If you prefer an e-cig that will give you a little less vapor and less throat hit but more flavor from the juice that you use then get a 901.

I have both a 510 and a 905 (which is the same as a 901 but with a bigger battery), and I prefer the 510 by far. But I was a very heavy smoker and I love an e-cigh that gives a huge amount of vapor and a big throat hit.

I use a 510 to 901/808 adapter to enjoy the best of three worlds! When I get frustrated with playing with the 510 I can switch to the cooler 901. I'm really starting to enjoy the convenience of cartomizers(808) though I don't yet have enough supplies yet. We definitely have a world of options! Adapters available widely got mine from Goodprophets.com for a few dollars, was a great investment that gave me lots of options to keep using the batteries(510's) I had and benefit being able to vape 510, 901, 808carts depending on my needs or type of vapor desired.

Looks like spam to me ...that CT1 is a 510 and the CT2 is KR808...prices are not that good

You could pitch out a few**** more dollars and go mod, with the adapters you'll be able to have your cake and eat it too. Then you do 510 atomizer, 901 atomizer, 801 atomizer and can do the KR808d-1 cartomizers. Possibly when money allows, you move up to the HV adapters.......Lordy, this is fun...decisions, decisions........

Well, I can't help you out with US shops, but I can recommend a 510. The batteries are said to be quite more reliable than the 901s, and I can vape on a 901 atty anytime I want - using a 2$ adapter. These days, you can get adapters from about anything to about anything, so there is just no need to get yourself complete sets for everything.

While the taste on a 901 is mellower, which can be nice on occasions, I also prefer the stronger (and slightly harsher) taste of the 510. More bang for the buck, if you will. Maybe when the last bits of tar are removed from my taste buds, I may even prefer the 901 - right now, its a nice variation on rather rare occasions.
