just a quick note... between now and Vapestock, I won't be announcing any new flavors.

I'm ambivalent- i want to see new flavors, but it would make choosing ever so much more difficult.
Just got my Cinn taffy in the mail, I will be filling a tank shortly to check it out. I'm hoping it's as good as the fruit champagnes and thanks for the extra goodies

can't rest... I have LA Vapers Club this Saturday, then I fly out to FL on Thursday morn, so I have a couple days to finish prep for LA, then a couple days after that to finish prep for Vapestock.

I'm not terribly worried about this...
Many CC processors stay away from the whole e-cig industry for the same reasons PayPal does. I obtained my merch account through a service that specializes in the e-cig industry, so if there was something untoward happening I'm sure they'd let me know.
The PACT act (as I understand it) does not yet cover e-cigs, and it would take legislative action to amend it to do so. The FDA can't unilaterally make it cover e-cigs.
So... I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. Besides... what could I do about it anyway beyond what I'm doing now (keeping tabs on what the gov't is up to).

Which is why it is important to support groups like CASAA and take an active interest and get involved in the political environment, locally as well as at the Federal level.
