I have a customer who reported that they loaded a carto with some Strawberry Cheesecake, and on the first hit the carto died.

They tried again with a different carto (different in both mfg & resistance), and had the same thing happen.

They say it is ONLY with the Strawberry Cheesecake that they are seeing this with, which, if true, eliminates a voltage/current issue.

Has ANYBODY seen something like this with ANY eliquid from ANY manufacturer?

No problem with mine, and I love my Strawberry Cheesecake...

I wonder if it's an intermittent battery problem and not a juice problem. The correlation with cheesecake could be chance.

Update on the "carto-killing strawberry cheesecake" mystery...

Going to be collecting more data, but for now it's sorta on hold. The customer is NOT trying for freebies at all... just trying to understand what happened. So am I. We're going to see if we can't do some face-time in the future and figure out what happened.

Oh Deej, I hope your order clears faster than one I was involved with. They kept it two weeks, finally released it and then wanted to charge "storage/holding" fees. We did get out of the fees but what a hassle.

This has happened before... and I think I know why... I'll be in touch with SmokTech to see if they can do something different in the way they label them.

It will hopefully only add a 1-day delay.
