So, my Element 85mm 280 mAh isn't a strong enough battery.
But what about my Element Pass-through?
I gotta E-mail Jay?

I'd say (uninformed opinion) that the pass-through might be okay. My concern with anything below 650mAh is that it could cause battery overheating under some conditions...

If you're currently using LR dual-coils, then your likely using ones similar to the SMK ones.

The ones I am using are 510 Dual-coil etc. etc.

I'm also looking forward to procuring a new pass-through battery with a coiled power cord from Halo!
Supposed to be available this month! I believe there is no battery in them (?) if I understood correctly!
HEY NOW! WOW! PLUG IT IN PLUG IT IN!
Hee hee hee!

My understanding is that the dual coils are actually 3ohm because its 2 1.5 ohm coils. Anyone? :blink:

they're actually 2 3.0 ohm coils wired in parallel.

DC circuit theory says that two resistors of the same value that are wired in parallel have the effective resistance of one-half the value of one of the resistors. Lessee if I can do the equation...

Rtotal = 1 / ((1 / R1) + (1 / R2))

Rtotal = 1 / ((1 / 3.0) + (1 / 3.0))

Rtotal = 1 / ((0.333) + (0.333))

Rtotal = 1 / 0.666

Rtotal = 1.502 ohms

(dang... it's been ages since I've done that...)

Come back, Venus !!!

I just like showing off sometimes. :laugh:

There was a time when I was going to go into electronics as a career... somehow I ended up in 'puters, but not the hardware side.

Now, I make the best eLiquid I can (since my field of expertise has been outsourced).
