Has anybody heard of a Dr. Jack R. Prescott, M.D.? He's apparently a psychiatrist in PA conducting seminars introducing smokers to PVs. I wanted to check up on his bona fides, as he's asked if I'd like to submit samples for use in his seminars.

I don't seem to find him mentioned anywhere on ECF (but that could be bad search terms). Not much luck on google, either.

(Dr. Prescott... if you see this post, please forgive my caution...)

I looked him up in Med Specs (American Board of Medical Specialists: abms.org), and there is no Jack Prescott (or any Prescott) in Pennsylvania board certified as either a Psychiatrist or an Addiction Psychiatrist.
