thank you ma'am... considering that our time off is blacked out from end of this month until some time in November, figured I'd better take advantage while I still could!off till thursday- sweet.....actually I cant complain, I only work 2-3 days a week..It just happens to be on the weekends when the rest of the world wants to go play lol

true.... we'll be pulling extra long days and weekends most of that time too... and the silly powers that be put a cap on our overtime for the year.... during a plant start-up no less.... *shaking head*Wow ! That's crazy long T !
the way it'll work is that after you reach your limit on overtime you can take comp days off.... but of course with the black out on days off, most of us that transferred aren't going to be able to use all the days we already have.... and you can only carry-over so many days at the end of the year.... so you end up working for free........how can you have extra long hours AND a cap on the overtime ?

only a set amount.... we all know we're going to go over that easily.....do they cash out unused time?
they'd probably use the same line that they will about the non-smoking stuff.... MS is a right to work state and we knew what we were signing up for.... this too shall pass though.... and meanwhile, we'll rake in the OT........federal labor laws ???
