I honestly don't know what it is! I am, however, always polite, try to have at least a pleasant word or bit of funny, and smile.
Especially if they've had an angry customer just before me...

The blurriness is gone... the arm hurts where they injected the dye, but it's tolerable.
Still waiting to excrete the dye... I've been told it will be quite colorful
